You can be pro active using Butterflive Live Chat and contact directly your visitors. Yet, Butterflive has another ace up its sleeve to convince them to contact you: when a high-potential person is detected, the Chat Button is automatically highlighted!
Butterflive Incite is an easy-to-use contact button which only appears when at least 1 agent is connected. This way, no need to display any excuse message if someone tries to contact you when you're not here!
Many possibilities
Highlighting the contact button is one of the many actions that can be triggered with Lead Score. Changing the colour of an area, increasing the size of a text or changing it to be more persuasive, all of this is possible with Butterflive!Install time: 5 minutes!
From your account page, you can activate Incite on every page where Butterflive is already installed. Default contact button (as shown above) will be visible as soon as a visitor's score is higher than the threshold you decided.You can also create a custom contact button, read the Contact button tutorial and Customize Incite for more détails.
