In order to track visitors on your website, you will have to install a program on your computer: the Butterflive widget.
With the Butterflive widget, you can:

• track visitors in real-time,
• engage in a chat discussion with your visitors

Please be sure that your Webmaster has installed the Butterflive tracker code before proceding.

Install prerequisite softwares

In order to install the Butterflive widget, you must have administrator privileges. The Butterflive widget uses the "Adobe AIR" technology. If you do not have the "Adobe AIR Runtime" installed, you will need to install it first: Get Adobe AIR.
